Water resource utilization and management in Japan

介绍日本水资源以及其水资源开发利用历史,重点讨论日本近年来农业、工业、生活等方面的水资源利用状况和发展变化历程。最后借鉴日本的水资源管理体系和法律法规,结合当前我国的水资源开发形势,提出思考和建议。

Water resources and the history of water resources utilization and management in Japan are introduced briefly, and the status and changing courses of water resources utilization in agricultural, industrial, and domestic sectors in recent years are analyzed. Lessons from the water resources management system in Japan, laws and regulations, and some recommendations are also discussed for the benefit water resourcez management in China.
