试探肝着病因病机、辨证要点及临床论治

Discussion on the Etiological Factors and Pathogenesis of Gan-zhuo and Its Characters and Clinical Therapy

肝着载于汉代张仲景《金匮要略》一书,历代医家对其病机争议颇多。笔者研习历代医家对肝着的不同论述,结合自身体会,认为肝着病位在胸胁,病机的要点在于肝经寒凝气滞血郁、阳气痹阻不通,其寒邪既可内生也可外来,治疗重在温通经络。

Gan-zhuo is recorded in Jin Kui Yao Lue wriiten by Zhang Zhongjing of Han Dynasty. the location of the disease is chest and hypochondrium, the pathogenesis is that the qi and blood of liver meridian become depressed and stagnant by Hanqi. The Hanqi can comes from both internal and external. Warming and promoting qi and blood flow in meridian is important in treantment.
