Decoction on Kukoline in Fengshishengyao Capsule With HPLC Method

目的:建立风湿圣药胶囊中青藤碱的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定方中青藤碱的含量。采用Diamonsil C18柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调pH值至10,35∶65)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温:25℃,检测波长:262nm。结果:青藤碱进样量在0.2830-0.9905μg(r=0.9997)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.45%(n=6),RSD%为0.74%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish the method for detemination of kukoline in Fengshishenyao capsule. Methods： HPLC method was used. It was consisted of Diamonsil C18 column with methanol-0.1% orthophosphoric acid solution as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the temperature was 25 ℃, the detective wavelength was 262 nm. Results： The sample size of kukoline showed a linear relationship with peak area at the range of 0.2830-0.9905 μg（r=0.9997）.the average recovery was 100.45%（n=6）. RSD%=0.74%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility, can be used to control the quality of this preparation.
