摘要
毛坯尺寸和芯辊进给速度是环件冷辗扩工艺参数研究的重要内容,通过对一组毛坯和芯辊进给速度进行模拟优化,分析比较了不同宽径比和进给速度对辗扩力及辗扩力矩的影响,得出了最优参数,并采用优化参数进行试验,得到了合格的双沟球轴承外圈产品。
The dimension of ring roughcast and the feed velocity of mandrel are important content in the research of process parameters of cold ring rolling. The optimized parameter is obtained through simulation optimization on a group of ring roughcasts and feed velocity of mandrel, the influences of different width - diameter ratio and feed velocity on rolling force and rolling torque are also analyzed and compared. The qualified outer rings of double groove ball bearing are gained by using parameter optimization experiment.
