摘要
针对立柱导轨的结构形式,分析了气体阻塞条件,给出了气体压力分布示意图,根据导轨尺寸计算出了其承载力和刚度,经实践证明满足了仪器的精度要求。
Directed at the structure of vertical guideway, the conditions of air block are analyzed and a sketch map of air pressure distribution is given. The loading capacity and stiffness are ealeulated according to the guideway dimension, it proves that the structure satisfies the precision requirement of instrument.
