大学生参与课堂教学质量网上评价状况实证分析 被引量:19

摘要 基于了解学生在网上评教活动中的认识、态度、客观性、公正度、满意程度等真实状况,对部分学生进行实证调查。结果显示,网上评教工作得到了大多数学生的积极支持,对提高教学质量有较积极的作用。但学生评教结果与学生对教师课堂教学的满意度之间存在一定的矛盾,说明评教结果不能完全反映学生对课堂教学质量的看法,制定符合学生认知水平的评价指标体系显得尤为重要。 Currently,the evaluation of the class teaching quality online by students has been integrated into the teaching quality monitoring systems in almost all of the Chinese universities.The evaluating system has exerted a great promoting and guiding function in the enforcement of teaching management,perfection of teaching methods,and improvement of teaching levels.In order to find out true information of the students' understanding,attitude,objectivity,fairness,and satisfaction with regard of the online evaluation,a empirical study is conducted among the students.The findings of the investigation show that most of the students support the online evaluation,and most of them believe that the evaluation plays an important role in the improvement of the teaching quality.However,the findings also suggest that there exists certain inconsistency between the result of the online evaluation and their satisfaction,which indicates that online evaluation does not fully reflect the students' real thoughts of the classroom teaching quality.Hence,it is necessary to improve the evaluating system so as to make it consistent with the cognitive ability of the students.
