测定正常和老年性白内障晶体VE、Vc含量．发现老年性白内障晶体VE、Vc含量比正常晶体明显减少，并讨论了这些改变的意义．

The levels of Vitamin E and C in mormal and senile cataractous lenses were measured. It was found that the levels of vitamin E and C in senile cataractous lenses were significantly lower than those in the normal. Also the significance of these changes is discussed.
