摘要 采用刚柔结合建模技术,将轨道视作柔性体,车辆视作刚性体,结合有限元软件和多体动力学软件联合仿真,研究在动荷载作用下,轨道几何及刚度不平顺对道岔区轮轨动力特性的影响。结果表明,道岔区刚柔结合体模型基本反映了道岔轨道在车辆经过时产生的振动规律以及轨下不平顺对轮轨系统振动特性的影响;由计算得到的轨道动刚度分布规律也可为道岔区轨下刚度平顺化设计提供参考。 A rigid-flexible multi-body dynamic model is developed for wheel/rail system in the crossing zones. Combined with finite element and multi-body dynamics simulation softwares, the dynamic effect of geometric and stiffness irregularities on railway track turnouts is simulated and investigated under dynamic load. The results show that the rigid-flexible hybrid modeling for turnout is essentially a reflection of the track vibration and the dynamic effect of irregularities in the system. The calculation also identifies the variation rule of track dynamic stiffness, which could be consulted in the homogenization of track rigidity for the turnout.
