摘要
钢轨的波浪形磨耗已成为城市轨道交通钢轨伤损的主要形式之一。基于对上海轨道交通1号线钢轨波浪形磨耗的连续布点观测,采用频谱分析方法提取波浪形磨耗的波长,并对波深进行统计与分析,初步了解了上海轨道交通钢轨波浪形磨耗的一些基本特征,为进一步研究城市轨道交通钢轨波浪形磨耗生成机理及防治措施提供了依据。
Rail corrugation has been one of the main damages to urban mass transit. In this paper, on the basis of the continuous measurements of rail corrugation in Shanghai Metro Line 1, the wavelength of corrugations is gained by using PSD method, the amplitude of rail corrugation is counted and analyzed in order to understand the characteristics of corrugation in Shanghai rail transit. This research can provide a reference for further research on the formation mechanism and countermeasure of rail corrugation in urban mass transit.
