摘要 通过高速列车系统集成国家工程实验室关键领域的研究,将有利于整合铁路机车车辆现有资源,为这一行业的"产学研"有效互动搭建平台,从产业技术源头上强化技术创新体系布局,以提高高速列车的持续创新能力;同时也有利于完善我国的技术创新体系,为我国高速列车产品的试验验证提供了基础保证;还将有利于本行业在磁浮列车、城市轨道客车等技术领域的自主创新,促进轨道交通技术领域的全面发展,以满足国民经济发展和人民群众日益增长的物质需求;并可为研制重大技术装备,保障重点工程的顺利实施创造必要条件,为掌握高新技术、加速新兴产业的形成和发展建立有效手段,为聚集、培养创新能力突出的高层次人才营造良好的环境。 Research carried in the key areas of National Engineering Laboratory for High-speed Train System Integration will be conducive to the resource integration of railway locomotives and rolling stocks industry, and help to build a platform for cooperative education in this field, strengthen the innovation system layout from the industrial technology, and enhance the innovative capability in high-speed train technology which will benefit China's technology innovation system, and guarantee the experimental verification of China's high-speed train product. This research will stimulate the independent innovative technology of maglcv vehicles and urban mass transit vehicles, promote the comprehensive development of technology in railway transportation field, and finally meet the needs of national economic development and people's daily lives. National Engineering Laboratory will also create necessary conditions for the development of major technologies and equipments in railway industry, for the smooth implementation of key projects inChina, and for attracting and cultivating talented people with outstanding innovative abilities.
