摘要 一种直驱复式三维永磁电动机,它充分利用了电机的三维空间,通过三个驱动单元合力输出力矩,从而使电机能够高功率密度输出和高效率运行。由该电机的输出端与抽油杆直接连接抽油,无需传统抽油机中庞大的游梁、驴头、连杆、齿轮减速箱及皮带轮等,其系统效率要比传统游梁式提高60%以上。对直驱式高效节能复式永磁电机的研发背景、意义,复式永磁电机的基本原理、结构形式及其在油田所产生的明显经济效益作一简单介绍。 A direct-drive double-D permanent magnet motor, which make full use of the motor three-dimensional space, through the three output torque drive unit together, resulting in motors with high power density output and high efficiency operation. Output by the motor directly connected with the sucker rod pumping oil, it does not need a traditional walking beam pumping unit in a large, donkey head, connecting rod, gear boxes and pulleys, with its system efficiency greater than the conventional beam for 60%. For the direct-drive type permanent magnet motor , the energy efficient double the R & D background, meaning, the basic principles of compound permanent magnet motor, the structure forms as well as the obvious economic benefits generated by oil field are presented.
