摘要
应用变频调速、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和磁粉制动器开发了交流电机变频调速试验系统,实现了对交流电机变频调速的运行监测、性能分析、数据和曲线的实时显示,可以用来进行交流电机变频调速内容的教学和试验、交流电机的动态性能检测和运行性能分析。该系统主要由模拟负载、数据采集、变频驱动等子系统构成,系统设计的关键在于数据采集和通信及模拟负载的控制。
The experimental system of AC motor varying frequency control developed by using inverter, PLC and magnetic particle braker, can be used in teaching of high school courses such as motor, PLC, automation, and can be also used to study characteristics of AC motor by plant engineer. The system includes the subsystems such as artificial load, data input and output, varying frequency drive. The key part is data acquisition, the communication, and the artificial load control.
