摘要
对2009年湖南名牌产品申报品牌通过随机抽样的方式进行了顾客满意度市场测评,结果表明:样本呈近似正态分布,顾客满意度指数最高为99.52分,最低为75.02分,平均为89.88分。其中,建材行业平均得分最高(94.94分),食品行业得分最低(85.29分)。市州之间品牌得分没有显著性差异,行业间差异显著。行业内极差最大的为食品行业,最小的为有色行业。测评结果能为湖南省名牌产品的评定提供统计依据,同时也可对相关企业的生产与经营提供决策参考。
The CSI (Customers Satisfaction Index) of the products which applied for the hunan name brand was evaluated in a random drawing survey. The results indicated that the sample is normal approximatively, the max value of CSI is 99.52, the min value of CSI is 75.02 and the means is 89.88. The value of CSI in building materials industry is the highest and that in food industry is the lowest statistically. And the difference is unconspicuous among the regions, but apparently in industries. The range of CSI in food industry is MAX and that in coloured smelt metal industry is MIN, relatively. It should present statistical evidence for the evaluation of hunan name brand and provide decision-making for the product and management of enterprise.
