文章结合企业质量管理的实际,指出现阶段影响产品质量的因素已经超出了传统的"鱼刺图"所规定的5大因素,并且传统的"鱼刺图"原本的使用范围在实际质量管理的工作中常常被扩大,导致分析质量问题产生原因经常疏漏;而且仅有的5大因素也不符合全面质量管理和源泉管理的质量管理理论,所以有必要对这一传统的质量管理工具加以改进,以适应现代质量管理的理论与实际需要。

This paper united enterprise quality management realily, the influence product quality factors at present stage had already surpassed five big factors which were the tradition ＂fishbone chart ＂ stipulated. The originally using scope of the traditional ＂fishbone chart ＂ is expanded frequently in the actual quality management＇s work. The reason that analysis quality question is frequently neglected. Moreover the only five big factors do not conform to the Total Quality Management and the fountainhead quality management theory. Therefore it is necessary to improve the traditional quality management tool. So as to adapt the modern quality management theory and actual need.
