摘要
室内合成出四种缓蚀组分,并以其为主剂复配出一种主要针对油井酸化使用的缓蚀剂LX-1,通过静态动态失重法在不同温度、不同加量以及不同酸液类型发酸液浓度下,刑其缓蚀性能进行了综合评价,并对其缓蚀机理进行了探讨。腐蚀试验表明.在140%以内,20%的盐酸和15%的士酸巾只需加入0.3%~3%的LX-1缓蚀剂,即可满足石油天然气行业标准中酸化缓蚀剂一级品的要求。
Four kinds of inhibitor were synthesized in laboratory, and corrosion inhibitor LX - 1 for acidifying oil well was prepared by combining such corrosion inhibitors . The performences of LX - 1 were evaluated by weight-loss test at various temperatures, inhibitor concentrations and difierenttypes and concentrations of acids. The results showed that the performance of anti - corrosion could meet the oil and natural gas industry standards by just adding 0. 3% - 3.0% LX - 1 to 20% hydroehlotic acid below 140℃.
