摘要
采用动态水热合成方法合成了MCM-49分子筛,研究了原料硅铝比对MCM-49合成的影响,得出了适宜的晶化条件.利用X射线衍射、程序升温脱附、氮气吸附脱附等多种表征手段对样品的晶型、结构、酸性等物理化学性质进行了表征.结果表明,所合成的样品为结晶度较高、纯净的MCM-49分子筛,是中等强度酸中心和弱酸中心并存的固体酸催化材料.
MCM-49 zeolite was prepared by hydrothermally dynamic method. The effects of crystallization Si/A1 ratio were investigated. The structure and acid properties of samples were studied by means of XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD. The results show that MCM-49 zeolite has high degree of crystallinity and it is a solid acid materials coexistence with medium-strength and weak acid centre.
