微波合成沸石在醚化反应中的应用研究

摘要 采用微波合成沸石为催化剂,在小型固定床反应装置上,考察叔碳烯烃与乙醇的醚化反应活性.结果表明:在最佳反应条件温度65℃、醇烯摩尔比1.2、压力0.8MPa和体积空速0.8h-1下,叔碳烯烃总转化率达46.3%.经过600h的稳定性试验,叔碳烯烃转化率维持在44.0%基本不变,表明该催化剂活性稳定,具有良好的工业应用前景. The etherfication of tert-olefins and ethanol was studied in a small scale fixed-bed reactor using β- zeolite synthesized by microwave radiation as catalyst. The experimental results showed that the total conversion of tert-olefins was 46.3% under the optimal reaction conditions of a reaction temperature 65 ℃, an ethanol to tert-olefins molar ratio of 1.2, a reaction pressure of 0.8 MPa and a LHSV of 0.8 h ^-1. The total conversion of tert-olefins holded constant at 44.0% in the lifetime test for 600 h. The results showed that the catalyst had stable activity and had favorable industrial application foreground.
