应用Excel对受力复杂的转轴的强度进行了计算,并对主应力的轴向分布进行了数值模拟,使得繁琐复杂的强度计算和危险截面分析变得简单、快速、准确,而且实现了图形化,提高了设计效率和设计质量,为利用Excel进行强度计算和分析提供了一种实用方法.

A practical method of the stress analysis and calculation is proposed in this paper. Based on Excel, the stress of the shaft with complicated force is calculated and the axial principal stress distribution is analyzed with numerical simulation. This method makes the analysis of dangerous cross-section and the tedious calculation become easier, faster, accurate and more graphical. The quality and effectiveness of the design are improved.
