Investigation on Mental Health and Life Quality of Employees in Foreign Capital Enterprise

目的调查外资企业员工的心理健康状况和生活质量。方法采用心理测量问卷对2647名(男820名,女1827名)外资企业员工的心理健康状况、社交焦虑和生活质量进行调查。结果近20%的人存在不同程度的心理问题,其中,轻度心理问题315人(11.9%),中度心理问题117人(4.4%),严重心理问题68人(2.6%);近半数的人存在不同程度的社交焦虑(48.1%),其中,轻度焦虑为35.8%,中度焦虑为10.7%、严重焦虑为1.6%;多数人的生活质量达到满意水平,有22.4%的人感到不太满意,仅有极少数人(1.5%)感到不满意;不同人群的心理健康状况和生活质量存在一些差异。结论外资企业员工的心理健康状况及生活质量与一般市民相当,但年轻人和技术人员的心理问题较多、生活满意度较低。

Objective To investigate mental health and life quality of employees in foreign capital enterprise. Methods Mental health and life quality of 2647 employees were surveyed with self-report mental inventories. Results About 20% of employees suffered from mental disorder, 11.9% of them had slight mental problems, 4.4% had moderate mental disorder, and 2.6% had serious mental disorder. Nearly half of employees displayed social anxiety, 35.8%of them had slight anxiety, 10.7% had moderate anxiety, and 1.6% had serious social disorder. Most of employees were satisfied with their life, 22.4% of them experienced less satisfaction, and 1.5% of them were unsatisfied. Conclusion Mental health and life quality of employees in foreign capital enterprise is similar to ordinary citizen, but the younger and technical employees have more mental problems and lower life satisfaction.
