摘要
介绍了应用光纤传感器对紫外预电离脉冲开关的预电离产生时刻进行诊断的方法。相对于传统的电磁测量方法,它更适合复杂电磁环境中的放电起始时刻测量。预电离实验表明,利用光纤传感器可以定性反映紫外预电离间隙的放电特性,得到紫外预电离产生起始时刻;预电离光信号的成分包括从紫外到可见光的宽谱范围,而预电离放电第一个峰值的紫外成分较高。开关的击穿特性实验说明,开关的击穿延时约几十纳秒,开关的击穿抖动由预电离间隙的击穿抖动决定。
The diagnosis method of discharge characteristics in UV illumination gap using fiber sensor is presented. Compared with the conventional electromagnetic sensors, the fiber sensor has more advantages under certain conditions. Illumination experiments indicate that the fiber sensor can give the discharge characteristics in UV illumination gap qualitatively, and the fiber sensor is more suitable for detecting the starting time of discharge in UV gap; The light spectrum of UV illumination consists of ultraviolet, infrared, and visible light, and the first discharge peak in UV gap contains higher ultraviolet radiation than others. The breakdown experiment of the switch shows that the breakdown delay is about tens of nanoseconds, and the jitter of switch closely depends on the jitter of UV gap.
