治理群体性事件应重视和加强情报工作:建立覆盖整个社会面的灵敏、高效的情报信息网络;完善情报信息报告制度,确保群体性事件情报信息及时、如实上报;加强对所获取情报信息的筛选、甄别和综合分析研判;建立信息公开制度和民意表达机制,完善信访制度,实现公众与党政部门之间的信息沟通交流;密切关注网络舆情动态,加强对网络舆情信息的监控与管理。
