CT引导穿刺活检术诊断肺部肿块的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of CT-guided percutaneous biopsy in diagnosing pulmonary masses

目的:对肺部肿块行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺切割活检,探讨早期确诊肺部肿块性质的有效方法。方法:84例肺部肿块,CT薄层扫描定位,活检枪穿刺切割取材,行病理学检查,并与术后病理学诊断结果对照分析穿刺活检的准确性。结果:CT引导肺穿刺切割活检84例,成功84例,确诊77例,诊断准确率91.7%。结论:CT引导肺穿刺活检术定位精确,穿刺成功率高,并发症少,是早期诊断肺部肿块病变的一种有效方法。

Objective： To explore the effective method of diagnosing pulmonary masses in the early period by CT - guided percutaneous biopsy. Methods： Eighty - four eases of pulmonary mass were performed positioning by thin CT scan, biopsy by biopsy gun, and pathology examination, which was compared with postoperative histopathologie diagnosis for the accuracy of puncture biopsy. Results： Eighty - four ca- ses of CT - guided pereutaneous biopsy were success in which 77 cases were diaznosed, diamaostic accuracy was 91.7%. Conclusion： CT -guided pereutaneous biopsy is an effective method in early diagnosing pulmonary masses, which can accurate location, be high success rate of puncture, have fewer complications .
