数据是SIS系统的关键.SIS处理的信息都是来自生产过程的实时数据,围绕着数据,SIS主要完成了数据采集和准备、数据存储和挖掘、数据处理和应用等工作.从数据的角度分析阐述了SIS建设中的关键技术,包括数据采集前端、实时/历史数据库、建立在数据库系统上的功能应用等.讨论了SIS的数据通信安全问题,并提出相应的防护措施和解决方案.

Data is the key to SIS system. The information processed by SIS is real-time data of production. Around these real-time data, SIS completes the main work as following：data collection and preparation, data storage and mining, data processing and application. Focused on data, the paper introduces the key technology of SIS construction, which includes data collection, real-time/historical database, functional application of data and so on. And it also discusses the safety issues of SIS and puts forward protective measures and solutions.
