带蒂骨──骨膜肌瓣鼻腔粘骨膜下植入术治疗萎缩性鼻炎

Treatment of Atrophic Rhinitis with Nasal Submucos Pediculated Bone-Subperiosteal Muscle Flap Grafting

上颌窦前壁骨──骨膜肌瓣植入鼻腔粘骨膜下治疗萎缩性鼻炎患者25例（38侧），通过术后6个月～3年观察，显效88％，总有效率100％。因移植自体带蒂骨──骨膜肌瓣有血液供应，骨质不会被吸收、坏死或脱落，故该疗法近期疗效显著，远期疗效巩固，无并发症。

25 patients with atrophic rhinitis (38 latearal) were treated by nasal submucous pediculated bone -subperiosteal muscle flap extracted from anterior wall of sinus maxillaris. The postoperative overall effective rate was 88% with from six months to three years. It is suggested that the grafted flap not be as similate and occur not necrosis, defluvium and complication as well. Becouse pediculated autobone -subpe riosteal muscle flap has rich blood supply the operative procedure was introduced.
