筛窦恶性肿瘤的中西医结合治疗(附36例报告)

Treatment of Malignant Neoplasm of Ethmoid Sinus by Therapy Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine

为总结中西医结合治疗鼻窦恶性肿瘤的经验，对36例筛窦恶性肿瘤进行分析讨论。其中4例仍局限于筛窦和鼻腔上部；8例以横向侵犯为主，侵入眶内或对侧筛窦；11例主要向上侵入额、蝶窦，前颅底或颅前窝；13例向下侵入上颌窦。根据不同的病变范围，分别设计手术方法。术后均追加放射治疗和中药扶正治疗、经随访，三年生存率为61．1％，五年生存率为37％。通过对本组病例的观察，认为早期诊断及采用手术、放疗以及中药扶正等综合治疗是获得较好疗效的重要措施。

From 1983 to 1994, 36 cases of malignant neoplasm of ethmoid sinus were treated by the ther apy of integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine including surgical resection,radiotherapy and tradi tional Chinese medicine. The follow -up was carried on all patients. The results showed that the 3 - year survial rate was 61. 1 %,the 5 -year survial rate was 37%. It is considered that making early diagnosis and applying the combined treatment were important to obtaining a satisfactory curative effects.
