摘要
我国土地资源经济安全问题的研究尚处于起步阶段,相关研究多数是从土地承载力、生态安全等角度考虑耕地保护、土地资源可持续利用等问题,对经济因素考虑较少。本文通过对土地资源经济安全评价内容的分析,构建指标体系,在土地资源利用效率、土地开发利用结构状况、土地资源可持续利用、土地金融信贷安全四方面对我国31个省市土地资源经济安全状况进行了评价。
China's research on economic security of land resources is still at an early stage.Many relevant studies took more consideration over farmland protection,sustainable use of land resources from the view of land carrying capacity and ecological security,than economic factors.The paper makes an evaluation on the economic security situation of land resources of the 31 provinces and cities from the aspects of:utilization efficiency of land resource,the structural conditions of land development and utilization,sustainable use of land resources,as well as land finance credit security.
