愈消通脉散对糖尿病大鼠血浆和脑组织内皮素 降钙素基因相关肽水平的影响

摘要 目的:通过检测愈消通脉散对糖尿病大鼠血浆和脑组织内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽水平的影响,探讨上述物质在糖尿病性脑病中的作用机理及愈消通脉散对其的调控作用。方法:采用放射免疫法检测糖尿病大鼠血浆和脑组织内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平的变化。结果:模型组大鼠血浆和脑组织内皮素-1水平与正常对照组比较显著升高,降钙素基因相关肽水平与正常组比较显著降低;中药组大鼠内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽水平与对照组比较均无显著性差异。结论:愈消通脉散防治糖尿病性脑病的机理与其调节血浆和脑组织的内皮素-1和降钙素基因相关肽水平有关。 Objective:To investigate the effects of Yuxiao Tongmai San on the encephalic and plasma ET,CGRP of rats in diabetes mellitus and its mechanism. Method:Radio-immunology method is used to detect encephalic and plasma ET,CGRP in rat of diabetes mellitus. Result:The plasma ET-1 in the rats of model group is higher than the control group,while the encephalic CGRP is on the contrary; the ET-1 and CGRP in Yuxiao Tongmai San treatment group is no obvious difference than the control group. Conclusion:The mechanism for Yuxiao Tongmai San to treat encephalic damage in diabetes mellitus is to adjust the ET,CGRP in encephalic and plasma tissue.
