镁铝层状双金属氢氧化物的表面修饰及表征 被引量:2

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备的镁铝层状双金属氢氧化物(Mg-Al-CO3-LDHs)分别与柠檬酸、萘乙酸、1-羟基环己基甲酸的丙酮溶液反应,进行表面修饰。产物用粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)进行表征。PXRD谱图显示,修饰后的Mg-Al-CO3-LDHs的层间距没有增大。在红外谱图上可以观察到修饰剂的特征基团吸收峰。TEM照片显示,Mg-Al-CO3-LDHs修饰前后粒子尺寸没有改变,修饰后的Mg-Al-CO3-LDHs层片连接在一起,说明其表面连接上了修饰剂,证明成功制备了表面修饰的Mg-Al-CO3-LDHs。 Mg-Al-CO3-LDHs the co-precipitation method, (LDHs = Layered Double and then modified by citric Hydroxides) were prepared by acid (CA), naphthyl acetic acid (NAA) and 1-hydroxycyclohexane carboxylic acid (HCCA), respectively. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (PXRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR). The results of PXRD indicate that the layer distances of modified complexes were kept no change from the pristine Mg-Al-CO3-LDHs. The functional groups of organic vibration modes can be observed in the FT-IR spectra. TEM images of modified Mg-Al-CO3-LDHs indicate that the size of particles was not varied. But the particles were stacked together, which indicates that organic compounds were modified on the surface of Mg-Al-CO3-LDHs.
