摘要
目的:建立了用高效液相色谱法测定益寿地仙颗粒中麦角甾苷含量的方法。方法:实验采用C18柱,流动相:甲醇(A),乙腈(B),0.3%冰醋酸(C),梯度洗脱,在329nm检测波长处检测。结果:麦角甾苷的进样量为0.305~1.525μg时,进样量与色谱峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9979);测得麦角甾苷平均回收率为113.03%,RSD为1.15%(n=5);方法的精密度好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.27%(n=5)。结论:方法快速、简便、准确,所测结果稳定、重现性好,可作为益寿地仙颗粒质量控制的一个检测方法。
Objective:A high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the determination of acteoside in Yishoudixian Granule. Methods:The extracts were analysed on an RP-18column using a methanol-acetonitrile-0.1mol·L-1sodium acetate buffer aqueous HAc (42∶58,v/v) as the mobile phase with UV detection a 329nm. Results:A good linear response was observed within the range of 0.305~1.525μg of analytes (r=0.9979). The average recovery of themethod was 113.03%,RSD=1.1% (n=5),the relative standard deviation was1.27% (n=5). Conclusion:This rapid,simple,accurate,and reproducible method is proposed for the quality control of Yishoudixian Granule.
