从《伤寒论》谈咳嗽治从少阳

Curing Cough by Treating Shaoyang with Theories in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile

运用《伤寒论》中理论,对部分咳嗽从少阳论治进行探讨,分析少阳病机特点为枢机不利,易化火邪,影响津液代谢,并针对病机分析四逆散,论述其治当在少阳。治疗少阳咳嗽,少火被郁,郁之轻者,发于外致咳则用小柴胡汤加减;郁之重者,发于内致咳则用四逆散加减。

After discussing the therapy of curing cough by treating Shaoyang with the theories in the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile,we analyze the pathogenetic features of Shaoyang are Dysfunction the Pivot,tend to transform to fire evil and affect the metabolism of body fluid. Based on the pathogenitic analysis of Sini pweder,we think the treatment should be at Shaoyang.To cure cough at Shaoyang where its fire being inhibited,Minor Radix Butlery Decoction can be used if the cough caused by external Pathogenesis or Sini Powder can be used if the cough caused by internal pathogenesis.
