安宫牛黄丸药效组分对小鼠总抗氧化能力及耐缺氧存活时间的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:利用内毒素所致的脑损伤模型,以总抗氧化能力及耐缺氧存活时间为指标,观察安宫牛黄丸药效组分与安宫牛黄丸的等效性,探讨中药药效组分理论的可行性。方法:通过腹腔注射内毒素制造脑损伤模型,用安宫牛黄丸药效组分进行防治,测定其耐缺氧的存活时间,通过生化检测的方法,选取脑组织匀浆测定其总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),观察其变化。结果:(1)安宫牛黄丸药效组分组小鼠存活时间为(35.10±9.06)min,安宫牛黄丸组为(41.00±16.20)min;(2)内毒素致脑损伤小鼠总抗氧化能力为0.81±0.63;(3)安宫牛黄丸药效组分(0.099g/kg)内毒素致脑损伤小鼠总抗氧化能力为3.04±2.54。结论:安宫牛黄丸药效组分及安宫牛黄丸均可以明显提高内毒素致脑损伤小鼠的耐缺氧存活时间及总抗氧化能力。 Objective:The use of endotoxin-induced model of brain injury to total antioxidant capacity and hypoxia survival time,observe the efficacy AnGong Niuhuang Boluses'effective components,and explore the efficacy of Chinese medicine theory component feasibility. Methods:The brain injury models is made of endotoxin intraperitoneal injection. Determination of the survival time of the hypoxia.Selected brain tissue and measured total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC). Observed the changes caused of the protective function of AnGong Niuhuang Boluses'effective components. Results:(1)The survival time of AnGong Niuhuang Boluses'effective components is (35.10±9.06)min,the team of AnGong Niuhuang Bolus is (41.00± 16.20)min;(2)The total antioxidant capacity of endotoxin-induced brain injury in mice is 0.81±0.63. (3)The total antioxidant capacity of AnGong Niuhuang Boluses'effective components (0.099g/kg) on endotoxininduced brain injury in mice is 3.04±2.54. Conclusions:Angong Niuhuang Boluses'effective components and Angong Niuhuang Bolus has a protective effect in endotoxin-induced brain injury of mice,which is achieved through enhancing the total antioxidant capacity and hypoxia survival time.
