论咳嗽变异性哮喘的中医治疗

Coughing Variant Asthma of Chinese Medicine

根据中医学基本理论,分别从外感六淫和五脏虚实对咳嗽变异性哮喘发生的病因、病机进行了论述,认为咳嗽变异性哮喘是肺、脾、肾虚为本,风、痰、瘀为标的本虚标实之疾,治疗急性期以祛风化痰、活血散瘀为大法;缓解期则从益肾、补肺、健脾3个方面论治。

According to TCM basic theory,this article discusses etiology and pathogenesis for the coughing variant asthma（CVA）from diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor and five viscera excess and deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine. It is argued that CVA is caused by deficiency of lung,spleen,kidney and excess of wind,phlegm,blood-stasis. The treatment concentrates on dispelling pathogenic wind,eliminating phlegm,promoting blood flow to eliminate stasis to activate blood circulation at acute stage and tonifying kidney,lung and spleen at the catabasis.
