血府逐瘀汤加减方对冠心病患者斑块稳定性和血瘀征象的影响

Effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Stability of Plaque Blood Stasis Syndrome of Patient with CHD

内皮细胞损伤、血压异常、吸烟、高脂血症、血小板黏附聚集、生物活性物质释放和平滑肌细胞增殖是动脉粥样硬化以及斑块形成、发展的重要因素。因此,改善内皮功能,控制血压,改善脂质代谢,加速脂质清除,戒烟,抑制血小板聚集,有利于动脉粥样硬化以及斑块的防治。采用血府逐瘀汤加减方治疗冠心病,探讨血府逐瘀汤加减方对于冠心病患者的斑块稳定性和血瘀征象的影响。

The injure of the endothelial cells,abnormal B.P.,cigarette,hyperlipidemia,adhesion and aggregation of platelet,libration of the bioactive material and multiplication of the Smooth Muscle Cells are the important factors of the atherosclerosis and the formation of plaque. To improve the function of endothelial cells,controle the B.P.,improve the metabolize of lipid,accelerate the elimination of lipid,stop smoking,restrain the aggregation of platelet is propitious to prevention and cure of atherosclerosis and the plaque. This article use the xuefu zhuyu（XFZY） decoction to treat CHD. To discuss the effects of XFZY decoction on the stability of the plaque and blood stasis syndrome of the person who affected by coronary heart disease （CHD）.
