Knowledge Management:A New Perspective of Educational Technology Management

伴随着信息技术的发展和知识经济的成熟,信息管理已经上升到知识管理的阶段。近几年来,知识管理的理念在企业得到了很好的发展和运用,取得了很好的效果。本文借鉴管理学领域的最新研究成果,将知识管理引入教育技术管理的理论与实践,初步构建了知识管理视角下的教育技术管理理论架构,探讨教育技术组织实施知识管理中可能遇到的困难和成功的关键因素。

Along with the development of information technology and the maturing of the knowledge economy, information management has reached the stage of knowledge management. In recent years, the idea of knowledge management in the enterprises has received good popularity and application as well as good results. Adopting the latest research findings in the field of management, the paper integrates knowledge management with the theory and practice of educational technology, and constitutes the initial theoretical framework of educational technology based on knowledge management, and finally discusses the possible difficulties and the keys to success in its implementation.
