激光在内镜神经外科的应用──附45例报告

Application of Lasers in Endoscopic Neurosurgery and a Report of 45 Cases

为了克服传统立体定向盲目穿刺的缺点，并拓宽激光的应用范围，将ＮｄＹＡＧ激光和ＨｏＹＡＧ激光应用于内镜立体定向手术４５例。术中激光凝固止血３６例，激光造瘘术９例。无死亡和严重并发症发生，手术效果满意。认为正确掌握激光特性是成功地将激光应用于内镜手术的前提，激光在脑内镜手术中有其重要意义。

Nd∶YAG laser and Ho∶YAG laser have been applied in neuro endoscopic operations in 45 cases. Laser was used for haemostasis in 36 cases and for fenestration in 9 cases. No death and significant complications occured. The results were satisfactory. It is considered that understanding of the nature and characteristics of lasers is of upmost importance for successfully applying lasers in endoscopic neurosurgical procedures. The authors would emphasize the importance of application of lasers in neuro endoscopic surgery in future.
