摘要 为研究HoYAG激光治疗颅内肿瘤的疗效,对64例颅内肿瘤的病人开颅用HoYAG激光切割治疗,手术疗效满意;尤其是脑膜瘤和颅底肿瘤疗效更佳。HoYAG激光治疗颅内肿瘤较其他激光更为安全简便,是理想的方法之一。 cases of brain tumors were treated by Ho∶YAG laser therapy. There were 10 cerebral gliomas, 11 meningiomas, 2 deeply situated gliomas, 16 meningioma in the base of skull, 17 pituitary adenomas, 6 acoustic neuromas in the cerebellopontine angle region, 1 brain stem tumor and 1 myelomeningioma of the upper cervical segment. All tumors were successfully removed. All patients have been followed up for 5-28 months. One patient died from cardiac infarction, 1 from stroke and the other one from recurrence of microglioma at 6 months after surgery. No operational death was noted. The outcome was satisfactory, especially for meningiomas and skull base tumors. Our results well indicate that Ho∶YAG laser therapy is an effective, safe, and simple procedure in treatment of brain tumors.
