Working conditions of rollers have major compact on rotary kiln＇s steady running.Through measuring the axial force on roller, we can estimate its working condition.This article has illuminated the significance of roller axial force measuring;analyzed the reasons of roller axial force＇s appearance and introduced a mechanical device which can be used to measure the axial force on rollers expediently and accurately.
