Technical Development of Clinical Testing Instruments

本文从三个方面综述了临床检验分析仪器的技术进展情况。首先介绍了临床检验分析仪器向全自动化、小型化、无创伤化和快速特异性发展的总趋势;然后以纳米生物技术、生物传感器、基因工程为代表,介绍了近年来涌现的新技术和新原理;最后介绍了我国在该领域的技术成果亮点。

This paper reviewed the development of clinical testing instnanents.First it analyzed the instrumental trends towards automatization, miniaturization, nontraumaticity and specificity. Then it introduced the nano- biotechnology, biosensor and gene engineering as the representatives of new techniques and principles. Last it presented the recent domestic achievements in this field.
