摘要
目的探讨早期干预对脑损伤综合征患儿智力发展的影响。方法将107例脑损伤综合征患儿分为干预组73例与观察组34例。干预组按早期智力落后儿童早期教育手册进行干预。观察组患儿只指导家长进行家庭训练。每1~2个月随访1次。6个月后行Gesell发育量表测试。结果干预组在复查智测时适应性发育商(DQ)保持在正常范围或恢复到正常范围的例数明显高于观察组。结论早期干预有助于减少脑损伤综合征患儿智力落后的发生。
Objective To evaluate the effect of early intervention on intellectual development in children with brain injury syndrome, Methods 107 children with brain injury syndrome were divided into intervention group (n= 73) and observation group (n=34). The intervention group accepted early interventions for mental retardation introduced in child early education manual. Observa tion group accepted family training. They were followed up once per 1 or 2 months, and assessed with Gesell Developmental Sched- ules 6 months later. Results There were more children whose adaptability DQ within the normal range (maintained or restored) in the intervention group than in the observation group. Conclusion Early intervention may decrease the intellectual retardation for children with brain injury syndrome.
