摘要
合成了一种含有苯并噁唑侧基的聚酰亚胺树脂,其具有较高的热分解温度和较低的玻璃化转变温度。通过一定的固化和热压工艺,制成改性聚酰亚胺增强PBO纸基复合材料。这种材料具有优异的力学性能,空气氛围下5%热分解温度达到574℃,氮气氛围下5%热分解温度高达612℃。可以作为航空航天等特殊领域的耐高温材料。
A kind of modified polyimide resin, with higher thermal decomposition temperature and lower glass transition temperature, and containing benzoxazole branched-chain was synthesized. The modified polyimide enhanced PBO paper-based composite material was prepared through a certain curing and pressing process. This material has excellent mechanical properties, under air atmosphere, 5% thermal decomposition temperature is 574℃, under nitrogen atmosphere 5% of the thermal decomposition temperature is up to 612℃. This kind material can be used as a high temperature resistant material in special fields of aeronautics and astronautics.
