摘要 目的:观察隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤(DFSP)及皮肤纤维瘤(DF)中CD99的表达情况并探讨其意义。方法:通过免疫组织化学染色方法检测28例DFSP、10例DF中CD99蛋白表达情况,并结合CD34等前期研究结果进行综合分析。结果:CD99蛋白在DFSP(75%)中阳性表达率要明显高于DF(10%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CD99可做为鉴别DFSP和DF的重要分子,其在DFSP中的高表达可能与肿瘤细胞的侵袭性密切相关,并提示DFSP肿瘤细胞可能来源于原始神经外胚层细胞。 Objective To investigate the expression of CD99 in dermatofibrosarcoma protuberan (DFSP) and dermatofibroma (DF) , and to study its significance. Method A total of 28 DFSP and 10 DF were analyzed by immunohistoehhemistry for expression of CD99, and combined with previous studies such as CD34 etc for comprehensive analysis. Results The expression of CD99 protein in DFSP (75%) was higher than that in DF ( 10% ) , and the difference was significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Condusion CD99 can be used as a valuable differential marker in DFSP and DF, and it may be closely related with the invasion of DFSP. The frequent expression of CD99 indicates that DFSP may be derived from putative, muhipotent neuromesenchymal cells.
