援生力维联合乳酸菌素片治疗肠易激综合征的疗效观察

Effects of Trimebutine Maleate Tablets and Lacidophilin Tablets for patients with irritable bowel syndrome

目的:观察援生力维联合乳酸菌素片治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:66例肠易激综合征患者随机分为2组:实验组A组:单纯服用援生力维,每日3次,每次0.2;B组:服用援生力维,每日3次,每次0.2,同时服用乳酸菌素片,每日3次,每次0.8;疗程为30d。结果:联合用药B组总有效率为83.0%。A组总有效率为58.1%。B组疗效明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:援生力维联合乳酸菌素片是治疗肠易激综合征的经济有效药物。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Trimebutine Maleate Tablets and Lacidophilin Tablets for patients with irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Method Total 66 patients with IBS were randomized into two groups. Trimebutine Maleate Tablets （0. 2, tid） was given to group A, and Trimebutine Maleate Tablets （0. 2, rid） and Lacidophilin Tablets （0. 8, tid） were given to group B. Results The total effective rate in group B was 83.0%, while that in group A was 58.1%, the difference between the two groups was obvious（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Trimebutine Maleate Tablets and Lacidophilin Tablets are significantly effective when used in combination in the patients with IBS.
