神经症患者就诊行为调查分析

Investigation and analysis on visiting behaviour of neurotic patients

目的:了解神经症患者就诊行为。方法:对门诊就诊的652例神经症患者及家属,进行入院前诊治状况的调查分析。结果:显示有70.7%的病例到综合医院就诊。20.8%的病例到精神病专科医院就诊(包括12.8%的在心理门诊就诊的患者)。8.5%的病例是在反复看巫医、求仙拜佛、吃偏方无效后才到精神专科医院就诊。结论:这种求治模式的结果虽然满足了患者家属的心理需求,但贻误了患者的最佳治疗时期,浪费了大量的人力、财力,同时助长了迷信活动,应引起患者家属、医务工作者以及社会各界的高度重视。

Objective To understand the visiting behaviour of the patients with neurosis. Method Treating states before hospitalization were investigated and analysed on 652 continuous neurotic patients and their family members. Results For 70. 7% cases visited general hospital ,20. 8% visited mental hospital （ including 12.8% patients who visited psychological out - patient clinic）, and 8.5% had visited voodoo doctor,seek immortals, ate local folk prescription before visiting mental hospital Conclusion Although this kind of visiting mode satisfies psychological requirement of their family members, but it delays the patients＇ best treating period and wastes more manpower, gumption, abets superstition action. So it must be,thought highly of by family members, medical workers and society.
