摘要
食品质量安全直接关系公众利益,是政府社会管理和公共服务职责的重要内容,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分。本文主要论述了如何构建统一协调的食品安全信息体系,探讨了QS准入和监管信息平台建设的不足及改进措施,提出了提高市场准入制度认知度的办法。
Food quality and safety directly concern about the public benefits. It was one of the important contents of government social management and public service duty, which was also the important part to found socialistic harmonious society. This article focuses on how to build a unified and coordinated food safety information system. Shortcomings and measures in building the QS admittance and supervision system were discussed. Some of promoting the cognitive degree of QS admittance system were put forward.
