摘要
[目的]针对医院医护人员对电子健康服务及管理的需求进行初步研究,并在此基础上对电子健康的推广提出可行性建议。[方法]2007年1月,利用国家卫生服务需求理论,结合电子健康的自身特点,以多侧面需求理论框架为框架,采用横断面研究方法,对昆明市2家三甲医院的医护人员383人进行问卷调查。[结果]调查383名医护人员,期望电子健康的推广能够提高工作效率的占76.76%,能够提高卫生服务质量的占76.76%;能减少工作量的占73.11%,能减少医疗错误提高患者就医的安全性的占73.11%;认为实施电子健康必须解决的问题主要是建立信息安全和隐私保护机制的占67.89%,是能否有效采集和保存个人健康信息的占64.49%,重视医学标准化、规范化的开发占49.35%。[结论]医护人员对医院普及电子健康服务方面的积极性较高;开发电子健康服务中应特别重视医学标准化、规范化及信息的保密性。
[Objective]To survey and analyze the needs of e-health services and management from doctors. On this basis,to, make some suggestions for the spread of e-health. [Methods]Questionnaire was conducted for 383 doctors from 2 upper third class hospitals in Kunming city, based on National Health Service Demand Theory and methods of cross -sectional study combined with the characteristic of e-health in January 2007. [Results]The results showed that 76.76 % of the 383 doctors expected that the promotion of e-health can improve the work efficiency and can improve the quality of health services;73.11% of the doctors expected that it can reduce the workload, medical errors,increase the safety of the treatment of the patient; 67.89 % of the doctors thought that the problem that the establishment of e-health must be solved is the possibility of establishing the mechanisms about information security and privacy protection; 64.49% of the doctors thought that it can effectively collect and preserve personal health information; 49.35 % of the doctors thought that they should attach medical standardization. [Conclusion]The enthusiasm of doctors on e-health was higher, in the development of e-health services in hardware and software, we should pay special attention to the development of medical standardization.
