2006年东营市某大型国有企业职工高血压、高血脂、高血糖情况调查

Investigation on the Prevalence of Hypertension,Hyperlipidemia and Hyperglycemia among Employees of State-owned Large Enterprise in Dongying City in 2006

[目的]了解东营市某大型国有企业职工高血压、高血脂、高血糖发生情况。[方法]整群抽取东营市某大型国有企业部分职工进行血压、血脂、血糖检查。[结果]高血压检出率24.90%,高血脂检出率37.94%,高血糖检出率9.49%,2种指标异常检出率17.85%,3种指标均异常检出率3.35%。除女性≥60岁高血脂检出率明显高于男性外,余各年龄组高血压、高血脂、高血糖检出率男性高于女性或与女性持平。男性20～69岁、女性20～59岁高血压检出率随年龄增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男性20～49岁、女性20～69岁高血脂检出率随年龄增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男性20～59岁、女性40～69岁高血糖检出率随年龄增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]东营市某大型国有企业预防心脑血管疾病形势不容乐观,不同性别、年龄人群高血压、高血脂、高血糖检出率存在差异。

[Objective]To understand the prevalence of hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia among employees of a state-owned large enterprise in Dongying city. [Methods]Blood pressure, blood lipid and fasting serum glucose were tested for the employees selected with cluster sampling method from a state-owned large enterprise in Dongying city. [Results]The detection rate of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia was 24.90%, 37.94 % and 9.49 % respectively. The detection rate of the abnormality in 2 items and 3 items was 17.85 % and 3.35 %. The detection rate of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia was higher in male than in female or equal to female, except the detection rate of hyperlipidemia was higher in female group aged over 60 than that in male group. The detection rate of hypertension increased with the increase of the age in male group aged from 20 to 69 ,female group aged from 20 to 59 （ P 〈0.01）. There was a difference. The detection rate of hyperlipidemia increased along with the increase of the age in male group aged from 20 to 49, female group aged from 20 to 69 （ P 〈0.01）. There was a difference. The detection rate of hyperglycemia increasedalong with the increase of the age in male group aged from 2 0 to 5 9 , female group aged from 4 0 to 6 9 （ P 〈 0. 0 1 ） .There was a difference. [Conclusion] Prevention of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases was unoptimistic among employees in a state-owned large enterprise in Dongying city. The detection rate of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia was different in different aged group with different sex.
