摘要
[目的]了解城乡居民对甲型H1N1流感的知识情况,探讨对城乡居民开展甲型流感防治知识的健康教育方式。[方法]2009年6月2～5日,对夏津县部分18岁以上城乡居民进行调查。[结果]调查719人,甲型H1N1流感5项知识的知晓率为52.27%,其中对我国发生输入性甲型H1N1流感的知晓率为83.59%。甲型H1N1流感知识,87.49%的调查对象通过广播、电视获取;93.88%的人认为目前政府有关部门针对甲型流感所采取的防控措施很有必要;70.93%的人担心自己会得甲型H1N1流感。甲型H1N1流感相关知识得分,农村居民230人为(2.09±1.27)分,城区居民489人为(3.11±1.34)分(P<0.01);高学历人群得分高于低学历人群(P<0.01)。[结论]夏津县城乡居民对甲型H1N1流感有一定程度的了解,农村和低学历人群甲型H1N1流感知识的知晓率有待提高。
[Objective]To understand the awareness of influenza A（H1N1） knowledge among the residents of Xiajin county,explore health education method on influenza A （H1N1） prevention and control knowledge for the residents. [Methods]Questionnaire survey was conducted for some residents aged over 18 from 25 June 2009 in Xiajin county. [Results]Of the 719 residents investigated, the awareness rate of 5 items of influenza A（H1N1） knowledge was 52.27 %. The awareness rate of imported influenza A（H 1N1） was 83.59 %. 87.49 % of them obtained the knowledge through broadcasting and TV,93.88% of them think that it is necessary for the government to take some measures against influenza A （H1N1）. 70. 93 % of them worried about that they may be infected with influenza A（H1N1） virus. The score of influenza A（H1N1） knowledge was （2.09±1.27） among 230 rural residents and （3.13±1.34） among 489 urban residents （ P 〈0.01）. The score was higher among the residents with higher educational level than that with lower educational level. （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The awareness rate of influenza A（H1N1） knowledge was in general level in Xiajin county. The awareness rate of influenza A（H1N1） knowledgc must be improved among the rural residents and the residents with lower educational level.
