摘要
[目的]探讨从化市高中生贫血患病原因并分析规律。[方法]2008年10~12月对2008学年从化市6所高中三个年级学生的血红蛋白含量进行测定。[结果]调查9155人,其中824人贫血,贫血率为9.00%。高三学生贫血率高于高一和高二,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男生(5.49%)低于女生(12.16%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。女生贫血率呈逐年级攀升趋势(P<0.01),高三年级者最高(16.12%);男女生的血红蛋白平均值分别为(152.12±13.32)和(134.34±13.01),男生高于女生的血红蛋白平均值(P<0.01)。[结论]从化市高中女学生贫血患病率较高。应响应各级政府关于贯彻落实学生贫血综合防治方案的倡导,卫生和教育部门引导家长和学生主动参与健康监测并规范健康行为,以此促进学生健康成长。
[Objective]To explore the prevalence and causes of anemia among senior high school students in Conghua and analyze the regulations. [Methods]Examination of the content of hemoglobin Was conducted for all the students in six senior high schools from October to December 2008. [Results]Of the 9155 students tested, 824 had anemia, accounting for 9.00%. The prevalence of anemia was higher among students in grade 3 than that among the students in grade 1 and 2. There was a difference ( P〈0.01). The prevalence of anemia was lower in male students (5.49 % ) than that in female students (12.16%). There was a difference ( P 〈0.01). The prevalence of anemia was going up along with the entering of higher grade ( P 〈0.01), The prevalence of anemia was the highest among the students in grade 3 (16.12% ). The average value of hemoglobin in male and female students was 152.12± 13.32 and 134. 34±13.01 respectively. The average value of hemoglobin in male students was higher than that in female students ( P〈0.01). [Conclusion]The prevalence of anemia was higher among female students in senior high schools in Conghua. It is necessary to respond to the government call for conscientiously implementing the criterion oh comprehensive prevention and control of anemia among students, as well as guiding parents and students to attend health monitoring and standardize health behavior, in order to promote the growing up healthy and soundt of students.
