2004～2008年崇左市突发公共卫生事件分析

Analysis of Public Health Emergency in Chongzuo City from 2004 to 2008

[目的]了解崇左市近年突发公共卫生事件(以下简称突发事件)的发生情况及发展趋势,以便更及时、有效地控制突发事件的发展。[方法]对崇左市2004～2008年的31起突发事件进行分析。[结果]崇左市2004～2008年合计报告突发事件31起,累计波及22 986人,报告发病1 403例,发病率为61.04‰;死亡4例。其中,传染病暴发疫情18起、发病1 114例,食物中毒9起、中毒202例、死亡1例,毒气中毒1起、中毒3例均死亡;农村发生28起、发病1 247例、死亡4例;学校发生18起、发病1 049例。[结论]传染病暴发疫情和食物中毒是崇左市的主要突发事件,农村、学校、流动人口是突发事件防控的重点人群。

[Objective]To understand the status and trend of public health emergency in recent years in Chongzuo city,in order to effectively control the development of the event as soon as possible. [Methods]31 public health events occurred in Chongzuo city from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed. [Results]31 public health events were reported in Chongzuo from 2004 to 2008,involving 22 986 people, 1 403 patients were reported with an incidence rate of 61.04‰,4 patients died. 18 outbreaks of infectious diseases were reported with 1 114 patients. 9 outbreaks of food poisoning were reported with 202 cases, 1 patient died. 1 outbreak of gas poisoning, 3 people died. 28 public health events were reported in rural area,involving 1 247 cases,with four deaths, 18 public health events were reported in schools, involving 1 049 cases. [Conclusion]Out-break of infectious disease and food poisoning were the main public health events in Chongzuo city. Rural population, school students and floating population were the target in public health emergency prevention and control.
