2004～2008年武城县中小学生常见病检查资料分析

Data Analysis of Common Diseases among Primary and Middle School Students in Wucheng County from 2004 to 2008

[目的]了解武城县中小学生常见病及乙型肝炎、肺结核的患病及其变化状况,为进一步采取针对性防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对武城县2004～2008年中小学生常见病检查资料进行分析。[结果]2004～2008年合计检查中小学生185 516人,视力不良罹患率为37.12%,龋齿罹患率为13.63%,营养不良罹患率为10.90%,结核菌素试验阳性率为10.02%,沙眼罹患率为7.21%,肥胖罹患率为4.48%,HBsAg阳性率为2.05%。营养不良营、肥胖、视力不良罹患率均有逐年上升趋势,龋齿、沙眼罹患率和HBsAg阳性率、结核菌素试验阳性率均有逐年下降趋势(P<0.01);营养不良、视力不良罹患率和HBsAg阳性率、结核菌素试验阳性率均有随年级的升高而增加的趋势,沙眼罹患率有随年级的升高逐渐下降的趋势,肥胖罹患率、龋齿罹患率,不同年级的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);营养不良、视力不良、龋齿罹患率男生均低于女生,肥胖罹患率、HBsAg阳性、结核菌素试验阳性率均为男生高于女生(P<0.01);营养不良、龋齿、沙眼罹患率、HBsAg阳性率县城学生低于乡镇学生,视力不良、肥胖罹患率和结核菌素试验阳性率均为县城学生高于乡镇学生(P<0.01)。[结论]武城县中小学生视力不良、营养不良、肥胖罹患率呈逐年上升趋势,龋齿、沙眼罹患率和HB-sAg阳性、结核菌素试验阳性率有大幅度下降。

[Objective]To understand the prevalence of common diseases and hepatitis B, pulmonary tuberculosis among primary and middle school students in Wucheng county, to provide scientific basis for further prevention and control of the diseases. [Methods]Physical examination data of common diseases among primary and middle school students in Wucheng county from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed. [Results]of the 185 5i6 students tested from 2004 to 2008, the prevalence rate of poor vision was 37.12 %, dental caries was 13.63% ,malnutrition was 10.90 %. the positive rate of tuberculin skin test was 10.02 %, the prevalence rate of trachoma was 7.21%, obesity was 4.48 %, the positive rate of HBsAg was 2.05 %. The prevalence rate of malnutrition, obesity and poor vision increased year by year, but the prevalence rate dental caries, trachoma and positive rate of HBsAg and tuberculin skin test decreased year by year （ P 〈0.01）. The prevalence rate of malnutrition,poor vision and the positive rate of HBsAg and tuberculin skin test increased along with the increase of the grade. The prevalence rate of trachoma decreased along with the increase of the grade. There was a difference of the prevalence rate of obesity and dental caries among students in different grade （ P〈0.01）. The prevalence rate of malnutrition, poor vision and dental caries was lower in male students than that in female students but the prevalence rate of obesity, HBsAg,tuberculin skin test positive rate was higher in male students than that in female students（ P 〈0.01） The prevalence rate of malnutrition, dental caries, trachoma and HBsAg positive rate was lower among students from the county than those from the villages and towns,but poor vision,obesity and the positive rate of tuberculin skin test was higher a- mong the students from the county than that from the villages and towns（ P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The prevalence rate of poor vision,malnutrition and obesity increased year by year among primary and middle school students in Wucheng coun- ty,but the prevalence rate of dental caries,trachoma and the HBsAg,tuberculin skin test positive rate decreased obviously.
